• As Location head of AI Business Services, I have been accountable and responsible for delivering below Machine learning application –All the services are developed in micro service architecture hosted in SAP’s cloud platform (called Business Technology Platform)
• My responsibilities as a Location Head and Development Manager of the team comprise of below:
• 1. Regular Development Manager roles and Responsibilities including People Development, Product Delivery and Project Execution based on the Agile Development – Detailed below.
• 2. As a Location Head, driving the overall strategy for the unit of AI Business Service which is spread across locations. I have been involved and contributing towards the direction of the unit. It involves working seamlessly with all the location teams – We are working cross location for many of the above topic and being one person accountable for meeting our commitment and deadlines from BLR has been the responsibility.
• 3. Setting up entirely new organization for AI Business Services India – The location lead role also needed to setup the entire new team and organization structure for India Location as it started from scratch.

• Project: Visual Difference
• Visual Difference is a product which enables the user to see the difference between two info Objects snap shots. It is a solution which widely used across the BOE platform and was entirely conceptualized in SAP Labs India.
• Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for requirement analysis and architecting the overall product design
• Detailed design and development of various key components
• Development of Visual Difference Home page using Adobe Flex.
• Development of Web tier using struts framework.
• Coordinating across various stakeholders and leading the development team to ensure smooth release

• Business objects Manageability is an entirely new concept proposed by Business Objects - An SAP Company. BOE has a very huge product suit and can be plugged in with the standard manageability so that administrator can drill down to each BOE service node and can actually verify the functioning of the each service
• Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for requirement analysis and overall product architecture.
• Detailed design and development of various key components including back end development for Monitoring product - It includes writing the monitoring service, Subscription Service, Watch Service and exposing the BOE servers on JMX framework.
• Development of SDK for the monitoring service and JMX
• Worked as scrum master and was responsible for various level product deliveries. This project followed Sprint model.
