As a Business Analyst at Delphi Consulting Middle East, I collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to scope and elaborate on project requirements. I conduct business process mapping and create functional specifications, using epics, themes, and user stories. I also support testing activities, such as integration testing and end-to-end testing, by creating and documenting test cases and scenarios. Before joining Delphi Consulting, I worked as a Business Analyst in RPA at Valenta, where I analyzed and documented existing business processes and configured automation solutions. I attended process walkthrough calls and mapped out high-level As-Is process flowcharts. I participated in various interviews, meetings, and workshops to define and design automation solutions. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from NMIMS Global and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Kles Dr MS Sheshagiri College of Engineering and Technology. As a Business Analyst in RPA, I was responsible for analyzing and understanding existing business processes and documenting them to ensure compliance. I attended process walkthrough calls and map out high-level As-Is process flowcharts, including the process keystrokes. I actively participated in various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops to define, design, and configure automation solutions.
In addition, my role involved supporting the creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios before User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisting business teams during testing activities, such as integration testing and end-to-end (business process) testing.
Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle is another aspect of my responsibilities. I acted as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, project teams, leadership, and administration. I used to run workshops with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process. During these workshops, I identified any automation blockers and assess the suitability of the process for automation. As part of my role, I presented a summary of findings to the client, walking them through the to-be design of the automated process. I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure that requirements were accurately mapped and suitable for development. Furthermore, I continuously provided suggestions for improving existing processes and design the to-be flows based on the data and insights gathered.
