My journey began with Godrej & Boyce, where I stepped into the world of B2B Sales fresh out of my B.Com program. While the terrain was unfamiliar, I thrived on the challenge of selling engineering services to Quality heads across diverse companies. As a recent graduate, I honed my people skills, from cold visits to utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation. My unconventional methods not only earned me two KAIZEN awards but also paved the way for a game-changing deal that left an indelible mark on my Business Unit. Eager for a shift to the B2C arena, I made the leap to UNIBIC, a rapidly ascending FMCG brand, without prior experience. Undaunted, I embraced trade marketing, excelling in product launches and trade promotions. Leading a team of 20, I proudly received the company's Best Trade Marketing Award. Two years later, I embraced a new challenge with Byju's, a unicorn startup. As Manager Marketing in their innovative offline learning centers vertical, I ventured into uncharted territory once again. This time, my focus was on the South region, where I spearheaded marketing efforts, launched centers, and pioneered school partnerships. Continuing the journey, I joined HCLTech's BFSI marketing team, tasked with insurance and capital markets. Despite my industry inexperience, I quickly adapted, contributing to industry events, client visits, and impactful lead generation campaigns.
