• I am responsible for looking after the development and maintenance of our flagship product, CADIQ, while ensuring its continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market. CADIQ is a robust desktop application designed to assess the suitability of CAD models for production purposes. Me and my team diligently stays up-to-date with the diverse CAD systems in use, implementing updates and incorporating new features and functionalities accordingly. Our primary focus revolves around research and development, where we actively devise various algorithms and logical frameworks using Python. These frameworks enable our application to effectively run an analysis on these CAD Models and identify and diagnose potential failures in them, encompassing a wide range of scenarios. Additionally, we continuously integrate CAD APIs into our application using C++ to ensure seamless compatibility with various CAD systems along with the different features and properties of their models. In addition to my role in product development, I also lead the QA team. Under my guidance, we have successfully automated numerous manual testing procedures, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced testing time. My work also includes troubleshooting issues, implementing bug fixes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the application.
