I worked on the development of a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) designed to manage online courses, user enrollments, and learner progress efficiently. On the backend, I built RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to handle core functionalities such as user authentication, course management, enrollment workflows, and progress tracking. MongoDB was used as the primary database to store user profiles, course metadata, enrollment records, and progress data. I designed efficient schemas and implemented indexing to ensure fast data retrieval and smooth performance even as the data volume grew.
On the frontend, I developed responsive and reusable components using ReactJS to create intuitive dashboards for learners. The UI included course listings, enrollment flows, and progress views, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices. The frontend communicated with backend services through secure REST APIs to fetch and update data in real time.
