• 1) Developed the table reservation system which included the concierge system having concept of multiple tickets being generated and assigned to agents for a booking. Application stack - Redis, Memcache, PubNub, PHP, SQL.
• 2) Integrated HLS video playbacks in the Zomato app using AWS like Elastic Transcoder, Lambda function, SNS, SNQ and Cloudfront.
• 3) Designed and developed the Invoicing System and Merchant Crm system for Zomato which includes model of leads, opportunities , fee structures + discounting model, monthly invoices, online payments and offline payments(having an ecommerce cart based model), statement of account, provision to add disputes by the merchant
• 4)Worked on developing solutions to transition from cost intensive concierge model to cost effective automated solutions using SMS, Email and automated IVR services.
• 5)Integrated payment system and made various operation and business dashboards for easy functioning of the team.
• 6) Migrated table reservation native form to a complete new web view based form in Zomato App.
