I build businesses that others haven't figured out yet. Over the past 10+ years, I've led sales and business development across some of India's most dynamic companies — from scaling OYO's hospitality footprint in Rajasthan to building Flipkart's Re-Commerce division into a ~₹500 Cr business. At Flipkart, I spent 5+ years pioneering the liquidation and Re-Commerce category — a space that barely existed when I started. I built and led a team, developed a network of enterprise and B2C partners, and drove end-to-end P&L decisions that turned surplus inventory into a scaled, profitable channel. Before that, I founded Howstel — a backpacker hostel in Jaipur — growing it from zero to 150+ customers in 6 months and introducing India's first "Pay-as-you-wish" hostel concept. That founder experience shaped how I think about sales: obsess over the customer, move fast, and back your instincts with data. What I bring to the table: → Building new revenue channels from 0 to scale → Leading cross-functional teams in high-growth, ambiguous environments → Enterprise B2B and B2C sales across e-commerce, hospitality & startups → P&L ownership and strategic business development I'm an alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and an electrical engineer who chose the entrepreneurial path — and never looked back.
