• The Gates Foundation leads numerous transformative programs that save lives and improve the quality of life for underserved populations. I had the privilege of contributing to this mission for over seven years, leveraging technology to drive change across India’s health, nutrition, sanitation, agriculture, and financial inclusion programs. • Life in eGovernance came to its supposed "pinnacle" from starting off in Wipro in that space in 2003 to attaining "partnerhood" & co-leading the Government Transformation (eGovernance practice) as part of Management Consulting Group at PwC in 2011.
• As a Partner in Management Consulting, managed and drove consulting project acquisition, delivery and practice KPIs with a team of 200 consultants.

• Helped setup and grow the eGovernance practice within IT Advisory in KPMG. Drove the organization's focus on technology and government advisory in India with clients across multiple domains - Healthcare, Emigration, Urban/Rural Development, Police. P&L management, leading projects, building practice/team and driving go-to-market for eGovernance were key responsibilities. Additionally lead sales for technology advisory in north India in 2009-10.

• Regional business head of the Consulting business of Wipro in Australia & New Zealand, managing locally deployed consulting teams and projects, along with P&L of AU$5 Mn & C-Sat ownership for business. Managed key client engagements at one of the 4 large Australian banks, a large Australian Telco, a govt dept in New Zealand, the largest not-for-profit company in Australia, among others.

• Head of Middle East region for Wipro Consulting, managing the regional P&L of US$3 Mn, new business development and client engagements across the region, covering Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain & Jordan. Strong foray of new service lines in IT Strategy & IT Governance in the region that have continued to grow for the organization. Managed key client engagements at Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Telecom, EMAAR, Bahrain Monetary Agency & many financial institutions in the region.

• Managed the consulting business in North India for Wipro Infotech. Lead Wipro Consulting's foray into the eGovernance space and established strong regional presence for the newly setup LOB. Made headway in niche areas such as change management advisory & ITIL consulting (at the time). Built my foundation of eGovernance in India in this period which would later turn out to be a core role.

Setup and established the software division for the company along with Sr. leadership and managed recruitment of software professionals from leading Indian colleges. A strong exposure to staff functions at an early stage of the career in an all-encompassing role in a remarkable organization. Learnt a lot about inspirational leadership from Pradeep Kar and Ashok Krishnamurthy (my manager).
