• Worked on KML level operations model. In this project I have developed KML wise slots rendering service across different kinds of order creation flows. Written test plan for the entire KML level operations model that includes order creation - user flow/ admin flow, merchant order creation, order canceling, order relocating, order rescheduling, backward compatibility with older apps. Owned Licious Personalization platform: Personalized banners, coupon codes, offers were tested across different segments. I have analysed business requirements and came up with City level, Hub level edge case scenarios at the initial stage, It helped the development team to deliver high quality features with-in the SLA. Developed JAVA selenium automation to test different kinds of payment methods in the frontend level.

• Hiver is an email collaboration platform for businesses. More than 1500 business all over the world including the likes of Harvard University, Hubspot, Shutterstock use Hiver to manage their Customer Support and Sales directly from their Gmail.

• Developed a python flask framework to test email syncing across all the users, emails with different headers, group emails, follow-up emails, email status changes, emails notes. Frontend automation using java selenium to test domain creation, addition/deletion of users, shared-mailbox creation. Shared label creation etc,. Written test plan on features like email sync, agents review/rating. Product Analytics: Initially the Hiver Analytics tab was responding very slow or time consuming. It used to take 20 to 40 seconds to bring up the results. My challenge was to reduce the time consumption. We decided to go with Elasticsearch. ES brings up the results 10X faster than MySQL while doing time based aggregation queries. Single handedly I have set up the elasticsearch four node cluster. I have designed a JSON structure by which I can achieve all the analytics aggregations. converted all MySQL data to ES cluster. written ES queries to achieve needed aggrigasions. I have written PHP APIs to serve the analytics related requests.

• 1. Developed polling feature in Zoho campaigns template editor.It allows the user to add one or more poll components in the email content.It will track each recipient's response and give consolidated results to the sender.
• 2. Developed folder structure organization for designed templates. it permits the user to create folders and organize the designed templates under a single folder or multiple folders.
• 3. Developed template statistics tracker. which will track each template’s used and sent count, Displays the statistical charts to the admin. Depending upon the statistics, popularly used and sent templates will be suggested to the user.
