• Leading development of cloud-based data infrastructure and analytics platforms at Citrix. Work involves designing and building scalable systems that handle large-scale data processing and real-time analytics.
• Currently working on modernizing our build infrastructure using Bazel and Conan for efficient dependency management and reproducible builds — reducing build times from 4.5 hours to under 1 hour (78% faster). Also implementing AI automation workflows to streamline development processes and improve system reliability.

• Built and evolved the NetScaler Analytics platform that provides insights into application performance and security for enterprise customers. Developed multiple analytics modules including Web Insight for application monitoring, HDX Insight for virtual desktop traffic analysis, Gateway Insight for access monitoring, and Security Insight for threat detection. The platform processes real-time telemetry data at 500,000 HTTP requests/second, serving 150+ enterprises including Starbucks and Alibaba, to deliver actionable insights on application health, user experience, and security posture. Worked on distributed data processing, time-series analytics, visualization dashboards, and alert systems that help IT teams troubleshoot issues and optimize their infrastructure.
