I am co-chairman of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, overseeing professional sports franchises, venues, media and technology innovation, and serve as an Alternate Governor on the NBA Board of Governors. I also serve on the Board of Directors of TikTok USDS Joint Venture, where I chair the Security Committee, and previously served on the CIA's External Advisory Board and on the boards of Broadcom and GameStop, with a focus on audit, risk management, and information security governance. Throughout my career, I have founded, scaled and led technology companies - from founding Proxicom and taking it public, to leading Dimension Data North America, to serving as Chairman and CEO of ObjectVideo prior to its acquisition by Alarm.com.
