• Buyer & Seller Platform -
• 1. Buyer front, designed, co-architected & built an inhouse generic reviews and ratings system which was earlier outsourced to powerreviews costing ~0.25 Million dollars every year. This system was capable of handling scales upto 18k tps.
• 2. On The Seller front, we were able to boost Seller NPS by around 300% improvement via independent surveys and with a significant reduction (60%) in Seller friction across the ecosystem. The other components that we built to achieve success on the seller front are mentioned below:
• Seller Insights & Analytic System[SIAS]: A single window to provide business insights and performance metrics to the sellers to improve their business with Snapdeal. This application provides context based search to sellers based on recently sold items which helped in 30% reduction of the calls made to seller customer care.
• Snapdeal Deniable Platform : Default platform to carry out delistings, deboosting of seller products handling an average traffic of over 6 million per day.
• ANDON is the central cord to carry out Seller penalization.

• Platform & Product - Built the first Health Insurance Exchange for the Affordable Care Act. We also built configuration driven multi-tenant solutions for private & public insurance exchanges for the US health care market for vendors like Alliant, Health Alliance and Geisinger. Many states in the US also used this platform to build their own state exchanges with a different look an feel as enterprise solutions.

• Software Compliance & Configuration Management - Design & implementation of real-time change and control algorithms, reconciliation of changes with change management systems, policy frameworks for compliance assessment and out-of-box reports for compliance overview. The system worked on recursive algorithms and was built to check compliance of agent machines for the enterprise installation. The solution speeded up the execution time of compliance checks by ~98%.

• Payments - Pluggable payments solution for multiple lines of business for makemytrip. Early merchant in online payment industry to build refund web-services and analytics around it. Devised an innovative SMS based Payment Gateway Switch solution to pull online payments success rate to 86% from 58% and an independent payments solution for enhanced customer support on IVRS and ease of making payments.
