Ridhima Arora — Product Manager
I am passionate about creating world-class intuitive product experiences for our customers that have a lasting and positive impact on the society. I thrive in finding creative solutions to problem spaces which are under explored, and have a high growth potential. In order to successfully build and launch products, I believe that it takes a team to deliver impactful results and that too one which is led by compassion and empathy to work cross functionally with engineers, designers, analytics and fellow product managers that helps achieve meaningful outcomes for our customers. While I love ideating on problem spaces but at the end of the day, truly believe that ideation without execution (with or without you) is an illusion. Although the “what” and the “Why” are critical but the “how” is even so more important as the how helps you build your legacy and a story that you can be proud of for life. In my opinion, the true ingredients of any leader are resilience, humility, compassion, empathy, grit and determination and with these, one can achieve anything and solve any problem in this world for any type of customer. It’s always Day 1 for me as I take every opportunity to keep learning every single day! Outside of work, I love mentoring talent that’s looking to transition to Product Management and speak about my experience in this space and it’s potential with AI.
