• At TVARIT, I took the core product from zero to one and beyond.
• I led the core product development in the company. Spent an year working in-person with our customers on the shopfloor, to understand their key problems. Built a software product that answered critical questions for these users using AI and data analytics. I led the internal technical team to build on-premise data infrastructure using LITMUS, cloud data infrastructure and AI integration using AWS, and frontend UI using Grafana. This product resulted in recurring month-on-month savings for some of the largest manufacturing plants in India and the world.
• Over my tenure at TVARIT, I also oversaw end-to-end customer deliveries of service based projects for manufacturing industry clients, utilizing AI solutions to solve their complex problems and deliver impactful results. I led a team of data scientists to develop and implement innovative AI models and algorithms while building frameworks to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. I took part in company level strategy making and contributed in driving the business by identifying new opportunities in the Manufacturing domain.

• We built an AI-driven platform to detect Deepfake content in visual media. We felt we were too early in the market and decided to take a pause.

• I led the project to detect cancerous lung nodules in CT scans using Deep Learning. I successfully adopted the then state-of-the-art model 2D object detection model `RetinaNet` into the 3D domain of CT Scans.
• I also worked on Lung Parenchyma Segmentation and Liver vessel segmentation in CT scans using 3D Unet.

• I was responsible for developing the backend for college's Tech Festival Technex. Major Technologies used: Django, Python, MySQL, GIT, and Heroku.

• I led a team of backend and frontend developers from our college to develop and deliver a website for college's Cultural festival Kashiyatra. The website managed the whole 3 day event with 3000+ user registrations, 50+ event registrations, notifications and alerts.
