• o Computer Vision: Lead the development, implementation and deployment of the SOTA 3D object detection model unifying multi-modal features in the shared BEV space, preserving both geometric and semantic information and scored 96% accuracy.

• o Developed a novel 3D object tracking module that can effectively track a diverse range of detected objects, with CA Kalman Filter and suite of Cost Functions with Hungarian Association.

• o Implemented and maintained automated CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more frequent releases of software applications and infrastructure changes.
• o Developed HackerRank-like testing platform using the Django, React and GCP frameworks. It was deployed using GCP Resources such as CloudRun, CloudSQL and Load Balancer. Over 3000 candidates registered on the platform and gave over 7500 tests successfully. At peak traffic the platform had 700 concurrent users.

• Created a 3-class object detection model for Indian roads with object tracking coupled with Nvidia DeepStream and Kafka.
• Built end to end network for real-time analytics using Apache Spark Structured Streaming to detect objects indulged in Loitering, Improper parking, No Parking, Reverse driving.
• Trained classifier to differentiate vehicles based on colour, type, and size.
• Coordinated a Student Internship Program, which taught students the basics of Python and Machine Learning.

• Created AWS EC2 instance with NVIDIA Deep Learning AMI to process the following real-time models:
• Facial Recognition Model: Faces were extracted as 128-d feature vectors. An SVM model was trained on these embeddings, which identified the faces.
• Drowsiness detection: Used dlibs facial landmark detector to get an indexed list of facial landmarks. Calculated the aspect ratio for eyes and raised the alarm when the aspect ratio was less than the threshold for consecutive frames.
• Automatic Number Plate Recognition: The algorithm included the following steps: License Plate Localization, License Plate Sizing and Orientation, Normalization and Character Segmentation, OCR, and finally, Syntactical Analysis.
• Analyzed classical ML Algorithms and Deep Neural Nets for Network Intrusion Detection Systems in Cyber Security.

• Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is an initiative by the Govt. of India to leverage the technical know-how of educational institutes and apply it in the rural milieu. Under the initiative of UBA, a nearby village of Meerpur has been adopted for the implementation of various social and structural reform initiatives.
• UBA has undertaken over 37 initiatives in the span of 2 years across themes like Employment, Healthcare, Education, Renewable Energy, Agriculture, Safe Water, amongst others.
• Leading a 150-member strong team, I am the documentation coordinator, responsible for managing the documentation of projects and execution of new ideas.
• My major contributions have been:
• Health survey of over 3000 people and analysis of corresponding data for health camp
• Women empowerment initiatives - adolescence awareness camp, women hygiene camp
• Cattle vaccination camp in collaboration with government veterinary hospital vaccinating over 200 cattle against Foot and Mouth disease.
