About

After working with startups for 20 years as an entrepreneur in different roles, I currently work with high agency, talented and curious students to help them develop Life Skills and Values. People in startups work like elite athletes and that is my thesis behind using principles of Sports Psychology with this youth energy. I believe in today's age technical skills are not enough. They may open doors but to sustain and build on to that success, a wholesome and holistic development of personality is essential. I have been an entrepreneur at heart, a communicator by practice with high growth startups and at-scale companies in areas of brand building, data driven communications, content marketing, online communities, social media, web analytics, product ideation and development. Now - Psychology, Human Potential and Performance are my interest.
