Most of the interfaces I've worked on have to hold two people who know very different amounts about what they're looking at. A care manager and a healthcare provider on the same screen. The interesting part is figuring out what each side is allowed to assume — and what happens when those assumptions don't match. 8.5 years across healthcare, climate tech, and education. India, the UAE, the US. At Aster Digital Health I've worked across Pharmacy, Digital Consult, Health Hub, and Thrive. The Health Hub and Thrive work was the most architectural — two multi-session clinical products built on a shared modular system that absorbs new biomarkers as data, not redesign. I also rebuilt PDP and checkout against Baymard's research (orders +134% across 19.5M sessions), designed myAster for Saudi Arabia in Arabic — which meant breaking assumptions about RTL as a mirror flip — and built UAE PASS authentication to government compliance. Before Aster — Innovaccer (Patient 360 inside HIPAA), AtlantisDAO (ESG dashboards), MiM-Essay (led design and engineering with eight developers, ₹12L to ₹1.3Cr). I also write and teach. → Next Billion Broken - essays on systems that promise inclusion and deliver exclusion. → Design Salon (designsalon.in) - live sessions for anyone curious about the designed world. Guest-lectured at IIT Bombay and IIT Jodhpur.
