• Developed web services XML Adapters for the Application Tracking System of Alchemus
• (a Talent Management Solution) which is used for identifying relationships between candidate profiles and the job descriptions
• These adapters connect HRMS components and Packages using HRXML standards supported by LinkedIn and Facebook utilities (sources for obtaining candidate-specific data)
• The web-service designed, converts a binary stream obtained as web-response to xml format.
• Used Extensible Style-sheet Language Transformations (XSLT) to convert xml to a format suited to the Alchemus software
