• Played a pivotal role in transforming the organization from 21 UK resources to 100+ by proactively working with niche suppliers, challenging internal job grade benchmarking, leveraging specialist graduate suppliers and exiting resources on seat whose skills were not aligned with our workforce of the future.
• Moved into more of an Strategy & Planning role as the organization grew in a 'Chief of Staff' capacity. Acting as the glue across global delivery leads (alongside the global delivery manager) by building a common plan on a page for cross-team deliverables and holding resources to account.
• Setup a dedicated task force to tackle challenging Staff Company feedback results, helping them move to top quartile within 12 months.

• Joined Shell on an IT Graduate Scheme and developed various custom applications on Microsoft technologies (i.e. C# .NET, SQL Server, Biztalk). Hands on experience from capturing user requirements through to the full software development lifecycle including server/database setup/administration.
• 1. Lead analyst developer of a greenfield thick client airport fuel delivery capture system which was rolled out across 150+ airport locations in 2003 and in use until 2015.
• 2. Lead analyst developer of a thick client price notification system for Platts aviation fuels
• 3. Lead developer of various BizTalk data interfaces across the Aviation application landscape.
