About

A neurodivergent entrepreneur, medical laboratory scientist, and inclusion leader in The Philippines. I founded Spectrum and Virtualahan, which has created thousands of jobs for persons with disabilities and other excluded communities—transforming my own experiences of poverty and disability into meaningful opportunities for others. For over a decade, I built systems that dismantle exclusion, earning recognition from Ashoka, TED, Forbes, and other global institutions. I also partner with local communities, governments, development agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and the global community of social innovators in building inclusive systems designed for lasting change.
