This includes contributions to both revenue generation & cost savings, with domain expertise in AdTech for SMBs (Google) and Conversational AI for CRM (Apple) respectively. My ML automation work has addressed needs of a diverse global customer base, ranging from a chatbot that answers a mature customer query from US & China to the low tech savvy SMB that has inertia to come online in the emerging NBU (Next Billion Users) markets in India, Brazil, Mexico & Latin America. My NLP experience parallels the exponential growth in the field since 2018.
