I have been working with NLP and AI for more than 8 years, with 6+ years of experience in Deep-Learning. For the past 5 years, I have been working around Conversational AI and bots. I have learned and applied multiple techniques wrt Customer Experience and User Experience. I have had a chance to work on all the aspects of conversational bot lifecycle, starting from use-case selection and journey design to performance review and enhancements after go-live. I worked with KoreAI platform for bot development.
