Although I have spent my entire career in the tech space, I am still fascinated by the potential it holds. With each new product, endless possibilities for creativity and change present themselves. As a Senior Front-End Developer and Architect, my job is to ensure that the appropriate tools and methodologies are integrated to create the best possible user experience. Currently serving as a Senior Front-end Developer for WaterBridge, I have had multiple opportunities to design and launch dynamic, user-centered web applications for a diverse client base. Personally participating in the full life-cycle of app development, I have also been charged with recruiting, hiring, building and mentoring globally-based colleagues for the front-end team. I find this part of my job especially rewarding, as training new talent keeps my own performance sharp, focused and current. In tandem with WaterBridge, I am a part-time Career Coach, Mentor, and Founder at Naxfloc Software Solution, where we addresses the business needs of clients and help them grow. Prior to my current employment, I was fortunate to have developed websites and mobile apps for organizations in entertainment (GrooveFox™ Music), cloud-based management services (Unicommerce), finance (PayPal) and professional consulting (Capgemini). These roles also allowed me to deliver complex presentations on topics such as Advanced GIT and Front-End Aps Testing, and training sessions to groups representing a broad spectrum of technologists from CTOs to junior developers. For me, few things can compare with the innovation and creativity the world of technology presents. I look forward to connecting with others who feel the same.
