• I’ve worked as a Front-End Developer where I contributed to building responsive, accessible, and visually consistent web interfaces for real-world business applications. My day-to-day responsibilities involved translating detailed UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect layouts using semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3. I regularly used SCSS and Tailwind CSS to develop responsive designs that worked smoothly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• I built and maintained modular components using React.js and integrated React Hooks like useState, useEffect, and useRef to manage state, data fetching, and component lifecycle. I worked with Redux to handle global application state, ensuring predictable state transitions, and used Redux Thunk for managing asynchronous operations, such as API calls and user-triggered updates.
• Most of my projects required consuming REST APIs using Axios or Fetch, handling loading states and errors gracefully. I also worked with vanilla JavaScript to build features like sliders, modal popups, collapsible sections, and real-time form validations. Performance was a focus—I implemented lazy loading for images and components, optimized renders, and reduced unnecessary re-renders to keep the UI smooth.
• Cross-browser testing and fixing layout inconsistencies across major browsers were part of my routine. I collaborated closely with designers, QA teams, and backend developers in agile environments. This helped me understand and improve how the frontend connects with backend services and ensures clean integration. The experience has given me strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of creating user-focused web solutions that are both functional and maintainable.
