I began in telecom infrastructure, where reliability and coordination aren’t optional-they’re the job. I lead with data and market insight before I build-validating demand, shaping the journey, and measuring what happens next. I actually love enhancements: the small, high-leverage improvements that remove friction, improve time-to-value, and make a product feel thoughtful.
