End to end Recruitment- End to end Talent Acquisition process for the vacancies from sourcing till offer negotiation & exit formalities. 2. Onboarding & Induction- Introduction of new joiner with the team , manager and buddy partner. Facilities tour, induction, and orientation. 2. Attrition and Retention - Conduct meetings one on one and quick closures on active pending resignation cases. 3. Personal Connect - Regular connects with associates, onboarding connects to understand the background and future aspirations. 5. Grievance Handling - Disciplinary action plan, coordinating with the legal team for timely action and closure on legal cases. 6. Employee Engagement- Team building, brainstorming activities, ice breaking activities , outings , picnics , sports , games. 7. Client Visits - Preparation for warm welcome of Visiting client and meeting associates in person and solving their queries. 8. Learning & Development - Imparting training to newcomers in the team and also providing KT sessions to the existing team and making them ready to tackle all HR-related tasks. 9. Exit - Exit Interviews, Exit formalities, Revoking the Credentials and proceed with F&F. 10. Virtual and Floor Engagement - Planning and execution of events, coordinating with the central team and conducting CSR events. 11. 360•Surveys- Conducting climate survey to improve the work culture and also ask for the feedback’s for the managers and team leads. 12. Performance Management - Coordinating in quarterly and annual employee performance reviews with key leadership people in the organisation. Preparing reports for senior management during appraisals. 13. Projects - Conducted HR discussion on staff augmentation and consulting .
