I’m Sam. 👋 I own SOURCE.ME, a hands-on recruitment partner for founder-led startups and scale-ups. It’s just me. No layers, no handovers. I’ve been building engineering and leadership teams in the Netherlands for 11 years. It’s not about finding people; it’s connecting with who you need, how you hire, and who actually sticks. Most of my work is with engineers, usually senior, but I’ve helped teams hire everyone from early joiners to execs. I’ve got a soft spot for companies building in interesting spaces, anything in EV and smart mobility, cybersecurity, Medtech, and payments.
