• At Cisco, I was involved in the Contact Center space. Working in a full fledged Agile Environment, I was involved in developing and maintaining the face (UI) of Cisco's Contact Center solutions- UCCE and UCCX. The UI component is named Finesse.
• Here, I have used Multithreading extensively. The chat interaction tool also uses concepts of Openfire and XMPP for messaging. I have also developed the Real time Reporting Tool which compiles and populates Agent Call History. (Java, Javascript and its various libraries)

• At Goldman Sachs, I worked as part of a team of 4 to develop an In-House Monitoring and Alerting Application which monitored both hardware and software infrastructure of the firm. We developed the UI for the same, providing the users a self service portal to define their own rules and policies to monitor their application. This tool was used across the firm.
• I was also involved in developing and maintaining an application which acted as a repository for all kinds of support information for all applications across the firm. This was used on a daily basis across the firm.

• My role in Goldman Sachs during my internship involved writing a migration tool which migrate Rules from HP's infrastructure monitoring agent, Sitescope to an In-House monitoring agent. These Rules defined the way monitoring was done for various software and hardware- logging, URL checks, URL timeout checks etc. It was a JAVA based application.

• At Infotech, I worked towards making a detailed comparison of FinFets and Tri-Gate Mosfets. I did a study of technologies that were present before Multigate Mosfets were discovered followed by an in-depth analysis of Multigate Devices, FinFets and Tri-Gate Devices. In the report, I also discussed the technical barriers faced by Intel when it entered into the industry with the Tri-Gate Mosfet to compete with IBM's FinFets.
