About

From breaking cricket news in a NDTV newsroom to shaping the voice of an IPL franchise, I've spent 25+ years at the intersection of sport, story, and strategy. I began as a reporter chasing deadlines, and grew into a leader who builds narratives for teams, athletes, brands, and fans. Today, as Sr. Editor & Manager, Content at Lucknow Super Giants (RPSG Sports), I lead media relations and content strategy for two professional cricket franchises: LSG in the IPL and Durban Super Giants in SA20. What I do, in plain terms: I make organisations sound like themselves, only sharper, louder, and more human. Over a career spanning two and a half decades, I've interviewed some of cricket's greatest from Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni to Ashish Nehra and Ravichandran Ashwin. I've reported live from four ICC World Cups, anchored from Pakistan, Australia and Sri Lanka, and produced shows alongside Navjot Singh Siddhu. What I bring to the table: → 25+ years across NDTV, Zee News, BBC Hindi Digital, and IPL/SA20 franchises → End-to-end newsroom leadership from script editing to live broadcast to crisis comms → Deep cricket ecosystem relationships, players, BCCI, broadcasters, journalists → Bilingual storytelling at scale-Hindi and English, TV and digital → Franchise communications in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment → Winner, Indian Television NT Award 2011 (Documentary, Commonwealth Games 2010) I write analytically for BBC Hindi Digital because I believe the best communications professionals are, at heart, storytellers who understand both the dressing room and the boardroom. Open to senior leadership conversations in sports media, broadcast, OTT, franchise communications, and content strategy. 📩 kishoresanjay@hotmail.com | +91 98119 99277
