Over the last 5+ years, I’ve worked end-to-end on products across real-time communications, fintech, and real estate—from early architecture decisions to production rollout and iteration. My work has consistently involved designing systems that are not only technically sound, but aligned with real business outcomes. At Acefone, I help build and scale an enterprise communication platform enabling customer engagement across WhatsApp, video, SMS, and PSTN/VoIP. I’ve architected and shipped high-impact features in distributed, event-driven systems, including integrating Meta Business APIs for WhatsApp voice calling, and delivering solutions used daily by customer service teams at scale.
