I am an HR professional, graduated from IIM Ahmedabad in 2015, with work experience across HR domains. I have worked on Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring, and Engagement, Line HR, Workforce Planning, L&D, Onboarding and induction, Career progression, HR Policies, Change Management, Talent Analytics, and HR budgeting. I have been working closely with senior management in HR and business in my career and developed strong business acumen, stakeholder management, executive communication/ presentation and project management skills. I have worked with Indian as well as global organizations across automobile, apparel retail, and telecommunication, real estate and insurance industries. At IIM A, I got an A Grade in Major Project in HR; have won several business case study challenges and article writing competitions held amongst students from premier business schools in India.
