That was my breakthrough. I landed my first real tech job and finally started to feel like I belonged. Then, on Dec 28th, 2022, I was laid off from my job as a software engineer right before New Year's Eve. Everything I’d worked for felt shaky again. Like everyone, I started applying everywhere, chasing every lead, hoping for a break. All I got were rejections - or, worse, silence. That’s when I stopped playing by the old rules. I dug deep into how hiring really works: → Learned how to beat the ATS → Rebuilt my resume for both algorithms and people → Ditched mass applying → Put my energy into a real strategy Within weeks, interviews rolled in. Offers followed. Friends started asking for help, and they landed jobs as well. That’s when I realized this system could help others, too.
