• I worked in the Human and Robot Partners (HARP) Lab and the Transportation, Bots, and Disabilities (TBD) Lab on robot self-assessment, specifically robot perception and reasoning for predicting the physical effects of robot interaction with complex object arrangements. I also worked on understanding the effects of anticipatory robot motion on human decision-making.

• I was a member of the Collaborative Cognition (earlier Analytics and Optimization) group at the Delhi office under Dr. Gyana Parija where I spearheaded the design of the Apache Spark based ML component for Watson Recruitment - an AI powered job application tracking and candidate matching system. I also worked on modeling social decision making in multi-agent systems.

• I was a member of PreCog where I worked on developing an unsupervised discriminative clustering method that used iteratively trained SVMs for patch-based visual summarization of social media events. I also worked on adding multi-OSM data analysis features to Project-O, an in-house social media analytics engine.

• At Swarath I designed the ROS infrastructure for the perception system of a drive-by-wire autonomous E-rickshaw. I also delivered workshops on ROS, Git and C++ to ~40 junior interns and mentored them in developing perception algorithms leading to our team's qualification for the Mahindra Driverless Car Challenge.

• At Meri Awaaz, we envisioned to make governance accountable to the citizens through mobile access by creating a dedicated social network for politicians. I was one of the founding members and responsible for building the web dashboard and backend system used by elected politicians to address the complaints raised by citizens across their constituency.
