As an IT consultant and a teacher in the sport academic sector, have successfully introduced my movie based teaching concept (to emphasize importance of structure and process in the practices of Project Management and Talent Management) at the Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences and MIT World Peace University in Pune - to effect Indian sport, positively. In the IT space (having demonstrated it at Tech Mahindra for delivery teams), the movie based workshop has helped leaders and team members understand the significance of communication, understand customer expectation and demonstrate ownership - by learning these through the technique of abstraction in an engaging and entertaining manner. As a sportsman in the IT arena, have conceived and implemented the Tech Mahindra Premier League (TPL) - a cricket tournament modeled on the Indian Premier League - as an associate engagement activity. Since it's inception in 2011, the TPL has been a regular feature of Tech Mahindra's events schedule - for minimizing hierarchical barriers and building camaraderie at the work place. As a cricket player, have represented and led corporate teams like Reliance Communications (Mumbai), Tech Mahindra (Pune) and Persistent Systems (Pune) for 13 years in the Information Technology corporate leather ball cricket circuit. As a consultant and social media head with White Copper Entertainment (event management major in Pune) and with an experience of over a decade of creative writing for the state cricket association, have produced many creative strategies for India Cricket and Indian Premier League games for cricket matches held at the MCA Stadium, in Pune.
