Sayali is extremely passionate about building tech-led scalable solutions for Indian consumers. In her current role as the CBO at Elastic Run, she is building new-to-industry innovative solutions to democratize reach of brands, speed of commerce and unlock growth for Bharat SMEs. In 2015, Sayali co-founded PaySense, a leading finetch where she led the Product, Growth and Operations functions as the COO. In 2020, PayU acquired PaySense for $185 million, one of the most successful exits in India. She is an Independent Director on the Board of NSE-listed CMS InfoSystems. She is an active angel investor and advisor to several startups in the fintech, SaaS and AI space in India, SEA and the US. Sayali mentors several women founders building for Bharat. Sayali earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Product Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering, both at Northwestern University. She has a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
