• This is where I learned how large organizations really work — and where I realized I wanted to build the systems, not just manage them.

I owned salary variance reporting at the individual level and presented directly to senior management. I ran reward programs like HonorClub end-to-end — from scheme design to system configuration to payroll disbursement. I managed international employee attachments, ensuring recharges and cross-border movements were accurately reflected in the system. I also handled insurance documentation cycles, SOx-compliant record keeping, and policy updates.
• The biggest takeaway from this role wasn't technical. It was understanding that even well-funded organizations struggle with systems that don't talk to each other. That insight now drives everything we build at fredocloud.

This role taught me how critical accuracy and system reliability are when real people's livelihoods depend on it — a lesson I carry into every product I build today.

• My first leadership role in tech. I owned the entire technology function at a consulting firm — built their website from the ground up, managed their mail server infrastructure, and guided the social media team's digital strategy. This was scrappy, hands-on work with no team to delegate to, which taught me how to move fast, wear multiple hats, and deliver with limited resources. Exactly the kind of muscle that now runs fredocloud's early-stage client projects.

• My first startup. Prottoy was an ed-tech platform built to close the education gap between urban and rural students in Bangladesh — a problem I cared about deeply.
• I co-founded the company and built the core technology: an interactive learning platform, a live chat system for student support, a student management system for administration, and a sales CRM to drive growth. Everything was built from scratch with a small team and almost no budget.
• Prottoy didn't become a unicorn, but it gave me something more valuable — the conviction that I could build a product from zero, ship it, and watch real people use it. That confidence is what eventually led to fredocloud.
