I went from managing payroll for 700+ employees at British American Tobacco to building software that runs entire businesses. That shift taught me something most tech founders miss — technology only works when it understands how real operations run. I've sat in the meetings where a broken system delays 700 paychecks. I've seen what happens when automation is designed by people who've never touched a spreadsheet under pressure. That's why I started fredocloud. We build custom software, AI-powered automation, and SaaS platforms for companies in healthcare, real estate, finance, and government — across the UAE, UK, US, and beyond. Our team spans five countries, and every solution we ship is built to think like your operations team, not fight against it. Before fredocloud, I spent 5+ years as a full-stack engineer building enterprise applications, and co-founded an ed-tech startup that brought interactive learning to underserved students in Bangladesh.
