Workforce Management project: Build a workforce planner for CCaS (Customer Care as a Service).
∗ Helped build the project from scratch, implementing various modules forecast volume of agent needed, and
assigning them to AI generated schedules
∗ Was the tech lead in implementation of versioning in schedules. Added support of moving back to older
versions, creating a more robust architecture.
