About

Product designer with ~2 years of internship experience working on healthcare and SaaS products, including AI-assisted systems used by real users in constrained MVP environments. My work focuses on improving onboarding, activation, and user trust in products where users interact with unfamiliar or complex technology. At Aaroogya AI Foundation, I designed the onboarding experience for an AI-powered healthcare application used by Community Health Workers. Through usability testing and iterative design changes, the onboarding experience improved: • Activation from 2–5% to ~50%+ during MVP rollout • Retention by ~10–12% The work focused on identifying behavioral barriers such as hesitation during early interactions, confusion between sign-in and sign-up, language friction, and fear of irreversible actions in AI-assisted workflows. My design approach combines user research, behavioural analysis, and interaction design to translate real user insights into practical product decisions. I’ve also worked with early-stage SaaS and mobile product teams where I: • conducted heuristic evaluations and usability testing • designed user flows and responsive interfaces in Figma • collaborated closely with engineers for clean handoffs and iterative improvements I’m particularly interested in AI-aware UX, including human-AI interaction, decision-support systems, and designing interfaces that help users understand and trust AI-assisted outputs. Worked on the design of AAHA (Aaroogya Agentic Health Assessment), an AI-assisted healthcare platform supporting community health workers during patient screening and data collection in underserved regions.
My work focused on shaping how AI integrates into real healthcare workflows, ensuring the system remained usable for community health workers while supporting structured medical assessments.

Designed interaction flows for an AI-assisted assessment system, where conversational AI helps guide CHWs through medical screening questions and patient data collection.

Used AI-assisted tools (Miro AI) to rapidly explore onboarding flow structures and validate product logic before moving into UI design.
