• Selenium, Core Java, TestNG, Cucumber BDD, DevOps, Rest Assured are the things I used with my project for UI and microservice automation. I have found a lot of bugs, designed test cases, decided the test strategy for automation. Testing is not just limited to automation and tools right! • Migration of UFT scripts to Selenium:
• Migrating DB scripts, UI scripts and validations for finance down stream applications from UFT to Selenium.
• DB testing with UFT:
• Working on automating the Finance Database applications for a leading Insurance client. Have created customized Excel reporting through automation scripts, which gets updated with critical information and screenshots based on the application we select for execution.
• API Testing:
• API testing with Postman tool.
• Regression testing and other experiences:
• 1. Worked in scripting and execution of regression scenarios in Ranorex for new product release in November.
• 2. Was part of three successful releases for the same customer, which involved regression testing of 27 scenarios including, scripting and execution of the same. 3. Script optimisation of regression scenarios in Ranorex, which reduced the E2E execution time from 2 hours to 45 minutes. Learnt VBS and FTPing of mainframe jobs
