• As the Product Owner of Care Console, spearheaded the maintenance and development of its user interface, seamlessly integrating diverse communication channels and CRM data. • Formulated a versatile conversation widget that enables agents to seamlessly send and receive messages across various channels. This included incorporating features for message actions such as reaction, tagging, and sentiment setting.

• Optimized React component rendering and data fetching processes, leveraging GraphQL's query optimization features to minimize network overhead and improve application responsiveness.
