• Predictive maintenance : Contributed hands-on in ML based prognostics and turbofan jet engine health management.
• Worked extensively with run-to-failure simulation data from turbofan jet engines, utilizing data provided by "The Prognostics CoE at NASA Ames.".
• Main objective is to predict the remaining useful life (RUL) for each engine. RUL is how many flights are left for each engine after the last data point in the test dataset.
• Explored how predictive maintenance can play a critical role in the anticipation of asset states and prevention of downtime and breakdowns within the setting of an industrial setting.
