The Last Mile platform enables rapid and reliable scaling of delivery station operations by powering critical workflows across drivers, operators, and partner networks.
• I worked on multiple core Last Mile platforms focused on delivery station operations, which sit at the heart of the domain and integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream systems such as Amazon Pickups, Lockers, I-Have-Space nodes, and partner applications. My work emphasized building extensible, low-latency, and reusable solutions that could scale across geographies and evolving business models.
• Key contributions include leading the design and launch of Return-to-Station (RTS) workflows, Cash-on-Delivery (COD) reconciliation, FixIt, Whole Foods Market Repick recovery, and Delivery Partner Pickup-by-Route guardrails. These initiatives directly improved customer experience, reduced operational defects, enabled new business launches, and supported high-severity, time-critical rollouts.
