• > Project 1 (GPT-Powered Chatbot Development):
• Built a smart chatbot to make it easy for users to find and buy products. When someone asks about a product, the chatbot figures out the name or model, matches it with a database, and gives a direct buy link. To make this happen, I used tools like RAG and Hugging Face MiniLM. I created the backend using FastAPI, designed the frontend with ReactJS, and deployed it on Azure Cloud using Docker. To keep everything running smoothly, I set up automated updates with Azure DevOps, so the chatbot is always up-to-date and ready to help.
• > Project 2 (Automated Ticket Handling System Powered by MistralAI):
• Created an automated ticket-handling system to make customer support faster and more efficient. Every 60 seconds, the system checks for new tickets, collects user messages, emails, and order history using the eDesk API and GraphQL, and filters the data based on templates and rules. It uses MistralAI to generate accurate, context-aware responses by combining user details, historical data, and templates. I deployed the system on Azure PostgreSQL using Docker and built a Streamlit dashboard for real-time monitoring and feedback, making ticket management seamless and effective.
• > Project 3 (Real-Time Patient Form Automation):
• Developed a system to automate patient form filling during doctor-patient interactions. Using OpenAI Whisper, the system transcribes conversations into text, then uses GPT to extract the relevant information and structure it in JSON format. I integrated Firebase to store and retrieve patient data, ensuring smooth and accurate form completion. The workflow was designed to process everything in real time, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in medical documentation.
