• Technical lead of the team responsible for applying Deep Learning on one of the largest Logistics network on the earth to estimate the time taken by the transporters to execute the route. Build the end to end infrastructure of estimating millions of routes within a minute to support the routing requirements and providing accurate estimates using Deep Learning based models.
• Lead the design of building our own model hosting framework for hosting DL models which reduced the inference cost by 80% from Annualized $20MM to $4MM.
• Lead the design of building the embeddings precomputation workflow and store to reduce the latency of the models by more than 75% from 7 seconds to 1.5 seconds in a cost effective manner to expand these models to all of the ever increasing business lines and business use cases of Amazon Last Mile

• Building services and systems which estimate 20M+ candidate routes during route planning (for a single delivery station) within 2 mins using deep learning models.

• Worked as SDE for Package Tracking And Transportation Network Intelligence team of Amazon Core Transportation org responsible for tracking the status of the package.
• Build multiple services and systems which deliver package status events (like package is delivered, out for delivery etc) to various internal customers including Amazon's Your orders and Progress Tracker pages at a scale of ~250K events per seconds.
• Mentored couple of SDE1s in the team and prepared them for the next level at Amazon.
