About

My mind is constantly curious about people and at heart, I’m a storyteller. After a two years stint in journalism and the opportunity to be a part of world-class academic research, I decided to marry my interests and jump into the world of UX research. I bring to the table expertise in psychology to understand the mind & behaviors, sociology to set them in cultural contexts & social structures, and finally, storytelling, to do justice to their narrative. All three I believe, form the concrete foundations of great, and more importantly, impactful design.

▪ I have conducted extensive end-to-end research across new businesses ventures:

tests, Prototype walkthroughs, Competitive analysis, In-person & Remote
Interviews.
o Establishing research culture: Stakeholder management, research impact

▪ I led several projects, most notably 'Artemis,' an in-person discovery study with 50 users
across multiple cities. This project provided valuable insights, influencing the company’s
expansion into games, loans and insurance. I managed a team of three researchers,
onboarded a recruiting agency, and completed the study under tight timelines.
