Siddharth has extensive leadership experience in the engineering and development of cloud services and enterprise software products. In the last few years, his primary focus area has been in building micro-service-based cloud services and platforms on top of technologies such as Kafka, Docker, Nomad, Consul, Hadoop, Redis, Postgres, Oracle Database, Java / J2EE. In addition, Siddharth has successfully built data pipelines enabling collection, ingestion and streaming of metrics, logs, configurations, and device data for real-time processing. Over the years, Siddharth has led multiple transformations of on-premise products to cloud and also played an integral role in ensuring a smooth transition of people, processes, and technology towards a SaaS mindset. He has also led initiatives establishing best practices and processes in attaining customer-focused engineering and operational excellence. He has focused on integrating multiple products to provide a comprehensive solution to customers. He has strived to create a bridge between customers, product management and engineering to define product strategy that maximizes customer satisfaction. Siddharth has built and led high performing and highly motivated engineering teams (50+ members), including teams distributed across India and China. He is proficient in collaborating with cross functional teams. Furthermore, Siddharth's discipline, determination, team spirit and result oriented mindset is a result of his training as a District, State, National, University level and Mumbai A-Division club cricketer.
