• > Supply DB Migration: Led zero-downtime migration of a 47TB+ monolithic MySQL system to MongoDB, enabling scalable, tiered storage and reducing operational and infra overhead. Developed a software layer in Go for interaction of application with mongoDB.
• > GenAI Audit Platform: Architected and launched Meesho’s first GenAI Audit Platform, cutting audit TAT from 24h to near real-time and reducing cost per shipment from ₹2.37 to ₹1.00. Developed a new service in python to integrate the 3rd party Gen AI APIs.
• > Revamp the Exchange process where the replaced product is handed over to the customer when the old product is picked. Took responsibility for end-to-end testing (including 3P testing) since it was a big build involving Returns, Supplier Order Services (SOS), and Shipment tracking flow deployed multiple services. Exchange Success NPS Improvement of 15 points. H2H Exchange is faster - we've reduced our P50 delivery TAT by ~2 days (4.8 Days vs 6.7 Days for Normal Exchanges). Every delivered H2H Exchange order costs 10 Rs less than Normal Exchange. With H2H, we are now providing industry-standard exchange experience on Meesho.
• > Involved in revamping the return logistics (Returns/Exchange) experience in Meesho by implementing various features like Hand to hand exchange, improving returns & refund experience thereby increasing NMV retention in general.
• > Worked on the UPI-based payouts for users to facilitate faster refunds and payouts for the users which reduced the average TAT for a refund by 98% from 3 hrs to 3 mins.
• > Worked on the Meesho Balance feature which allows users to take their COD refunds in Meesho Balance and subsequently use that amount for future orders. This reduced the refund TAT to almost instantaneous from earlier UPI and Bank refunds. This also increases retention as users have higher chances to shop on meesho who have Meesho Balance in their account. The amount in Meesho Balance is backed by a Qwikcilver gift card wallet.

• > Worked on re-architecture of supplier payouts service to scale it to handle 6 lakh+ payout transactions for suppliers. The current approximate transaction volume is 100 cr+ and is increasing day by day as the supplier base and orders are increasing.
• > Worked on automating the supplier payouts through bank partner from manual file uploads from finance team which reduced significant overhead on the finance team, estimated man hours reduced from 5 hrs to 10 mins daily.
• > Worked on the migration of supplier payment panel from the old panel to the new one which increased supplier NPS score significantly.
• >Worked on invoice service which handles the creation of invoices like purchase orders, supplier to customer, etc.

• > Worked on the Bank Account Validation through which users can add the bank details/ UPI details in the application to receive payments.
• > Participated in the sale monitoring and war rooms for the Meesho Diwali sale in which I gained valuable experience managing infra at very high traffic and scale.
• > Worked on migrating payout Kafka infrastructure from shared infrastructure to dedicated Kafka infrastructure for the payouts team.
• > Worked on the alerting of the critical points in the payout infrastructure so that monitoring and issues can be caught quickly and resolved.
• > Worked on revamping the user bank refund experience from the NEFT-based system to the IMPS-based system, which has not only improved the speed of refunds, but it has also enhanced the comprehension of users to check their refunds in the bank statement/banking app.
