• Part of the Auto Insurance Team where I worked on implementing Kong(provides a abstraction layer that securely manages communication between clients and microservices via API) as Centralized API Gateway to improve the performance, the scalability, the extensibility options via plugins(authentication plugin,Security plugin,Traffic control plugin etc) and to set individual microservice level timeouts .
• Moved all the Permissions related data to the Central team instead of business microservices maintaining it .
• Implemented Saml (Security Assertion Markup Language) to enable web browser single sign-on for all the internal users(corporate) for better user management ,faster authentication process ,less expectation of the user to remember multiple login credentials for every application and increased Security.

• Designed and Developed a scalable Airtel Work (Workforce Management) Platform for acquisition of services and installation of services( postpaid/broadband/DTH) using microservice architecture .
• Developed 7-8 scalable reusable microservices to onboard different line of business without writing a single line of code.
• Developed a in house Orchestrator Engine (mix of Workflow and State Machine) inspired from Netflix Conductor to communicate among microservices which provides controls to stop, restart, pause, and resume workflows and tasks, provides visibility and traceability of workflows,supports gRPC, REST, and events.
• Led a team of 8 efficient Software Engineers.
