• VChat (UI/UX Design)
• VChat is an AI chatbot designed to simulate human dialogue with the efficiency and speed of artificial intelligence. I led the complete redesign of the VChat application, one of CTG's flagship products. My work involved creating complete UI with UX my suggestion of introducing a new bot creation flow that not only enhances user experience but also has the potential to revolutionize CTG's business model and significantly increase future revenue. The redesign incorporated modern UI standards, ensuring that VChat remains competitive and aligned with current market trends.
• PeopleOne Teams Integration (UI/UX Design)
• PeopleOne is a fully integrated digital workplace that centralizes employee communications, business applications, and HR initiatives. I was responsible for designing the entire PeopleOne application for Microsoft Teams, this design facilitated seamless user interaction within the Teams environment, improving convenience and engagement for users and contributing to a more cohesive and efficient digital workplace.

• At ShelfPerks India Pvt Ltd, I played a key role in designing and enhancing their flagship products, focusing on creating modern, intuitive interfaces that elevate the user experience across various platforms. • ShelfPerks OS Dashboard Design (UI/UX Design)
• ShelfPerks is a comprehensive store operating system that empowers retail businesses with a powerful Point of Sale (POS) and Inventory Management solution. I was responsible for redesigning the entire product dashboard, transforming it into a modern, interactive interface that aligns with current design trends. This involved close collaboration with developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• ShelfPerks Marketplace Full Responsive Design (UI/UX Design)
• It is a dynamic e-commerce platform that allows buyers to purchase products from various sellers. I designed the complete UX and UI for this marketplace, consisting large number of fully responsive screens across all device views (Mobile, Tablet, PC), including a Dark Mode feature. The design ensures a seamless shopping experience for users, regardless of the device they use.

• It is an online shopping platform template offered to premium customers of ShelfPerks , a grocery shopping template, was one of the projects where I designed the entire UI, comprising 170+ responsive screens. The design was crafted according to the Requirement, and I worked closely with developers to bring this product to life.

I led the user research process, conducting interviews to understand the pain points of car owners. Leveraging these insights, I designed the entire Cleanzy app, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience that meets the needs of busy users seeking convenient car maintenance options.
