I. Developing Absence Tracker and notification tool for Blackrock employees
Behavior before this tool – leave information of employee were floated through emails, for that work a person had to manually write all employee leave data for respective team and send to a place.(lot of manual work)
Requirement and Abstract: 1) Develop a web application or software which can get and store the employee’s leave information for current day and send that information to whole team at two specific times(i.e. 3PM,6PM) daily.
2) Application or software should also keep the ability to tell all past leave information of an employee or employees on a particular date or in a selected month. It may be information based on leave types.
Behavior after developed application – no manual effort, only team lead has to enter the leave information in tool. Further application sends data to whole team at defined times and manages that for future reporting purpose.

Requirement and abstract - developed an environment where any information is entered or updated by someone then system gets triggered and takes that changed data and sync that from ALM to JIRA or JIRA to ALM.
Behavior after this completed project:
Whenever information is entered or updated in ALM or JIRA tool related to any application , then system triggers , captures that new data or changed data and sync that to JIRA or ALM. This is saving lot of manual work and also increasing development speed of applications.
